What is Spiritual Ecology?
Spiritual Ecology combines ecopsychology principles, spirituality and earth stewardship to heal our hearts, minds, and bodies, as an act of liberation from oppressive systems that have repressed our innate sense of belonging as nature.
By getting our hands in the soil, our bare feet in the ocean, our hands scribbling our truth onto pages, or connecting with mysticism, we remember. We return to our bodies and our intuition. We reconnect to our deepest truths, and remember that like Mother Earth, we are constantly in co-creation with Universal energy.

My Approach
The truth of being a human in our modern world is that we were never meant to move at the speed or level of productivity at which we are currently operating.
We are human beings, not human doers, but somewhere along the way we started measuring our worth based off of outputs and other people’s perceptions of us, not the inherent qualities that make us unique.
learning to remove blocks, be gentle with ourselves, move slowly and with intention, heal our trauma, set boundaries with ourselves and others, and truly listen to the wisdom of our bodies and nature are skills that can be developed into lifelong tools for tough times.
As a mentor, it is truly an honor to walk side by side with you as you awaken from the stories that hold you back, recognize yourself and all of your qualities in wholeness, and come home to yourself, in safety and embodied awareness.
Like Mother Earth, we are consciously creating in every moment, planting seeds for a reality that we ourselves design whether consciously, or subconsciously. Let’s plant wisely, with your heart’s most authentic truth in mind.
